Harp Mud Run – sign up and get mucky!

Dive into the mud this Spring for a fantastic family day out. The HARP Mud Run is organised by the High Ashes Rural Project.  The 2023 Mud Run is on Sunday, 16th April.

Slide, crawl and run around this great obstacle course. This event is family-friendly and perfect for all abilities.

There are two runs, a 10k and a 5K.  All finishers get a medal and an enormous amount of satisfaction!
